The Parish Pastoral Council is the steering committee to implement, review, and define the pastoral plan for the parish. The parish plan needs to be assessed for short term and long term goals.  

Pastoral Council:

The finance committee is the steering committee to review, assess, plan, and budget for the fiscal operation of the parish. This is a 6-member committee that includes the parish bookkeeper and the pastor. The term of membership is 3 years. Meetings are held monthly.

The Stewardship Committee is responsible to review and update the stewardship form annually. They are an integral part of the renewal process each year. The members input the stewardship information into the computer system to create mailing labels, ministry lists, information rosters, and the parish directory. They are key to the successful operations of many aspects of the parish life. The committee has 6 members. The term of membership is 3 years. Meetings are held at least monthly or as needed. The time commitment may involve extra time during Stewardship enrollment.

The St. Cecilia Catholic School Council, in conformity with the policies of the Wichita Diocesan School Council, subject to the approval of the pastor, shall advise the pastor and principal on educational policies of the school.They share in the development, implementation, and protection of the vision of Catholic education. Lay members of the Parish School Council are appointed by the Principal and each serve three-year terms.
