The St. Cecilia Catholic School Council, in conformity with the policies of the Wichita Diocesan School Council, subject to the approval of the pastor, shall advise the pastor and principal on educational policies of the school.They share in the development, implementation, and protection of the vision of Catholic education. Lay members of the Parish School Council are appointed by the Principal and each serve three-year terms.

The school council shall meet quarterly. 

Non-members who wish to place an item on the agenda must request to do so at least 10 days in advance of the meeting.  The Chairperson and Principal determine whether the item merits placement on the agenda.
