Kindergarten – 8th grade:

The Catholic Diocese of Wichita is blessed to be able to provide tuition free education to those families dedicated to the Church's mission. Living the Stewardship Way of Life (time, talent and treasure) is the sole criteria by which a family's children are admitted to our school.

Stewardship is not solely a giving of financial resources; it is giving of oneself, as a thanksgiving to God for all that He has given us. The resources collected by St. Cecilia Church are brought together to carry out our many missions, one of which is to educate children in the image and likeness of Jesus Christ.

Our parish includes small families, large families, married couples with no children, single persons, single parents, retirees and the elderly. All are called to be good stewards of God's gifts; they are all dedicated to the mission of the Church, one which includes the educating children in the image and likeness of Christ. As they generously give of themselves, the Church is able to provide a religious based education to all those who truly desire it. All are welcome to join us in our mission of forming great Catholics at St. Cecilia Catholic Church.

We have an incredible school here, with incredible teachers who truly care about the students they teach. I know that deep down your desire for your children is to see them succeed, and to be happy and our true happiness can only be found in God. We at St. Cecilia’s Catholic School consider it an honor and a privilege to be involved in the education of your child and we promise to do our best!

All Catholic families (current or new) who wish to enroll their child in K – 8th grade must be a registered member of the parish having filled out the annual time, talent and treasure forms and show a pattern of stewardship.

New Catholic families must also meet with our principal, Ms. Kirchens and Fr. Rick Kotrba (if his schedule allows) prior to enrolling.  We welcome Non-Catholic families as well to our school.

The school day is from 7:50 – 3:15. All students in K – 8th are required to wear uniforms. Jumpers for girls are to be purchased from Schoolbelles (formerly Parker Uniform). Black uniform pants are allowed for all students as well as black uniform shorts which can be worn in August, September, April and May.

Feel free to contact the school office (522-0461) if you have additional questions about enrolling your child!

The following forms must be turned in to the office before the first day of school:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
